This is an opening sequence I illustrated, animated and put together for a documentary by Qais Pasha.
The creatures in the sequence are inspired by the ones described in Lovecraft's books. The style used was to mimic the doodles Lovecraft use to make all the time while researching. If you look closely in the background, you can see that the texture used is a page from one of Lovecraft's many notebooks.

I also got the opportunity to design and put together the End Credits.
The books used are Lovecraft's novels and magazines he was featured in. I composited the names of everyone involved in the documentary to look like the original book titles.
