I have been intrigued by the opening sequences of movies and Television shows recently and during quarantine, I decided to make one of my own. This opening sequence is inspired by The opening of Netflix's series 'Locke and Key' created by Picturemill.
Process
I started this personal project by breaking down the original shots in Locke & Key's sequence by drawing each shot in a storyboard.
I then looked at which shots I could combine with my black hair community vision and which ones I would have to change. Majority of the Motion design integrated perfectly.
