I had the great opportunity of illustrating and animating a shipping commercial for New Haven Funeral Centre in Mississauga, ON. The point of the commercial was to show that making arrangements for a loved one can feel challenging, but with the proper support, it doesn't have to be.
The direction of the commercial was quite detailed by the client, so the art direction was easy for me to find. Since this was a shipping commercial, I made sure that the first few seconds highlighting the process of shipping from Canada to another country were made as straightforward as possible. Also, I had to ensure that viewers remembered who they were watching, so I plastered their logo any chance I got.
